$100 resdiual income per diamond sold through every Storefront Business Level I 

$100 resdiual income per diamond sold through every Wholesale Business Level II License

$100 resdiual income per diamond sold through every Affiliate Level III License

$100 residual income per diamond sold through every CEO Level IV License

*Employees are encouraged to also get a Level III Affiliate License because the payout can jump to $1,000 per diamond sale. (On top of still earning the weekly employee pay structure as noted above.)

We pay all weekly sales to employees every Wednesday.

All employees are paid after filling out a W4 Form and a completing a Hire Packet.
