Clarity measures how free a diamond is from inclusions (internal characteristics) and external blemishes (surface flaws). The GIA clarity scale ranges from FLAWLESS to INCLUDED. 99.5 % of all diamonds sold have inclusions or blemishes included. Can the human eye see them? Not always. But it doesn’t mean the blemishes are not there. Are they still beautiful? To the human eye, yes! But inside, no. They are blemished. Our competitors tell their clients that if the eye can't see it, it doesn’t matter. But it does matter. In a generation that claims we are all the same... we are not. Quality matters. AUTHENTIC DIAMOND GRADING
Anyone can claim their Diamonds are rare and flawless, but we find most jewelers are just using those 2 words as adjectives describing their opinion. Our diamonds are certified by 2 of the most respected Gemological Institutes on the Earth, GIA and IGI. All diamonds on this website, further referred to herein as VVR and FL and IF, have certifications to back them up as truly flawless. The fact that flawless diamonds represent 0.5% of all diamonds on the world market, that gives us the authority to claim our diamonds are truly VVR (TM), very very rare. When a diamond is graded and then certified by GIA or IGI, it is evaluated on its QUALITY, BEAUTY and RARITY by measuring the diamonds cut, clarity, color and weight using microscopes, proportion analysis and standardized lighting. The goal: Determine its quality, value and authenticity. Our flawless diamonds are the certified highest quality on the earth.

Fact: The ROUND SHAPED diamond reflect the most light of all the other diamond shapes.
The other diamond shapes have variable facet patterns and asymmetry, so light reflection differs per stone. Before 2022, GIA, the world's #1 Grading Institute didn’t even offer cut-grading for fancy shaped diamonds. Example: The light return varies in an Oval-shaped diamond across the stone. In a Pear-shaped diamond, bow-tie shadows are common. In a Marquis-shaped diamond, light often leaks through the tips. In Heart-shaped diamonds, it is difficult to measure light symmetry. In an Emerald-shaped diamond, it has reflections that are long flashes and not a sparkle. This is why all Celebrity Diamonds in stock in our inventory are ROUND only.

Cut determines how effectively a diamond's facets interact with light, creating the gem’s signature brilliance and sparkle. This is all determined by how well the diamonds faucets are proportioned (It's depth %, table %, crown %), angled and polished. Unlike other diamond characteristics that form during the growth process, cut quality results from the diamond cutter's skill and precision. A masterfully cut diamond reflects optimal brilliance (white light return), disperses vivid fire-like colors, and creates dynamic sparkle patterns when moved. This is called scintillation. Only Round Brilliant Cut Diamonds get an official GIA cut grade because they have standardized geometry. All the rest with fancy shapes are only graded for polish and symmetry only. That is just another reason we only stock Round, Brilliant Cut, VVR (TM) Diamonds.

Our VVR(TM) Diamonds are certified COLOR D because they are colorless.
Diamond color refers to the absence of color, with completely colorless diamonds being the most valuable and rare. The GIA color grading scale ranges from D (colorless) to Z, with each letter grade representing a subtle increase in color saturation. Color becomes increasingly noticeable as carat weight increases, making color grade particularly important when selecting larger diamonds.

Do we have a huge inventory of these VVR Diamonds? No. We wish we did. If their supply was large, their price would be low, and everybody would have them. But that is not the case. They are very rare to find. How do we get them? We have a direct connection to the family that creates them in the lab. When we place an order, sometimes we get 6, sometimes 10, sometimes 18 but sometimes only 2. Establishing connections like this is very rare in itself. The good news... sometimes opportunity just knocks at your door. So, you run with it.

That is because they are not only beautiful on the outside, but they are beautiful under a gemological binocular microscope that is in the 10x-60x magnification range. At Celebrity Diamonds our VVR(TM) Diamond Inventory only consist of Certified Flawless (FL) and Certified Internally Flawless (IF). Our VVR(TM) Diamonds are Certified Color D (Colorless) and Certified Round Brilliant Cut, the highest grading of all cuts. Our precision cuts are Certified Excellent. The polish on all our cuts are Certified Excellent. The symmetry on all our cuts are Certified Excellent. And the Flourescence on all our cuts are Certified as NONE.
