We place the order with the lab.
The order is delivered to us. (unless it is already in stock)
If it is a Diamond Ring Order, the ring is then brought to the setter.
The jewelry is then sent to the appraiser.
The order is then delivered to the business.
The business schedules their client to pick up the order.

The Diamond Identification # on the clients contract will 100% match the Certified Diamond Grade Report by IGI or GIA with the same Diamond Identification Number on it.
WARRANTY 2
The 5 Page Expert Appraisal will match the Diamond Grade Report by IGI or GIA and will also have a matching Diamond Identification Number on it.
WARRANTY 3
If any any jewelry delivered to the Storefront Business does not match their clients contract on the Diamond Purchase Agreement we will refund 100% of the sale price paid by the client.
